Payment:  30% on booking – Balance on arrival.

For late bookings made term and from 1 to 3 days:

Cancellations have to reach us in writing (e-mail - Fax) at least 3 days before the date of arrival.
For cancellations after such term or for No-show of the client an amount equal to one night’s stay will be charged.

For long term bookings and more than 3 days:

Cancellations have to reach us in writing (e-mail - Fax) at least 7 days before the date of arrival.
For cancellations after such term or for No-show of the client an amount equal to 50% of the total booked nights will be charged.
